Most expensive potato
Does anyone have tasted the French potato 'La Bonnotte', which is claimed as the most expensive potato - 1 kg costs (sometimes) up to 500 euro. ~ $340 per pound

Yeah, I'll leave that one on the shelf too and buy myself 7-8 full tanks of gas. Thank you!

I remember reading about this potato before but it was listed as something five euro per kg, not 500.
Just looked up where I'd read about it before: The Rolls Royce of Potatoes. That's still a little more than I'd pay for a potato, but maybe if I were splurging... |
