cream of asparagus soup

Does anyone have a great recipe for 'gus soup? For the first time ever I find myself with a small surplus and thought I would freeze and use next winter for cream of asparagus soup. Haven't done a search but thought someone might have a family favorite. Thanks - piegirl

Maybe use cream of broccoli soup recipe and substitute asparagus for the broccoli. Creamed soup recipes with cheese in them are good...just make sure you use genuine WI cheese, not that fakey CA stuff from those tv star cows ;-)
