Default Tomato Eden

Has anyone ordered from this vendor before? They're Polish and have many Russian tomato seeds. Even though I already have my seeds I will, of course, order some more even just to keep them for next year.
I searched on here and did not find any mention of them.

I ordered 15 or so varieties from them and they showed up fast for coming from Poland. I have a couple of the varieties in a soil awaiting germination. As a vendor i would say they do a good job. If all the varieties grow true i will order from them again.

I've also ordered from them. They have some Russian varieties that can be hard to find, reasonable prices, and prompt service. Like heirloomtomatoguy, I haven't grown them yet, so we'll see...

They do have a very nice selection and low prices. I had great luck with De Barao Orange last summer, and have been wanting to try the other De Barao varieties.

I found out about Tomatoeden a couple of months ago. They have indeed a pretty good selection of tomato and pepper varieties. Compared to the dozens of vendors you have in the States we still have very few websites that sell seeds over here in Europe. I too think that they have some rare varieties and IMO the prices are very low. I probably have enough seeds for this and for the next season, but in the future I may buy from them.
One more thing: the Polish weather is known to be pretty harsh, so I guess there is a good chance that what grows there, might as well grow in other places where the sun doesn't always shine.

I have ordered from them before and have had great service in sending out orders. The only issue is that they do not answer inquiries and I have had a few off-types.

I wonder which ones were off type for you, MissS? Altajskij Urozajnij (Tatiana's spelling) and Altaiskiy Oranzhevyi from them are on my grow list for the coming season. Now you've got me worried.

I did not grow those two, so I can not say. What I would do the next time that I grow their seeds is to grow more than one of each variety. Not all of the seeds in the packs were of the off-type.

This can happen with seeds from any source.

I received my seed order today from them. Took about two weeks and they threw in a couple of free seed varieties. Everything looks real good.

Got mine in about two weeks too. I have planted them but no germination yet. I have too many varieties for my small plot so I will have to give some away as usual. I always go overboard.

Awesome that they have various types of corn and cucumber not so often seen available here in Europe. (not that I need more vegetable seeds.. I need a larger field!)
Very reasonably priced too.

I have ordered from tomatoeden twice; seems to be a good vendor, with good prices and a nice selection of varieties to choose from. I have started some seeds from the first order and germination rate has been great.
