Love Fortex, it's the only bean I bother to grow anymore. I can't really speak to how it'll do in a greenhouse, other than to say that it does shut down for a few weeks in the heat of summer when grown outside here in MN. Makes me think a hot and humid greenhouse might not be ideal for this one? Will be interesting to hear what others say.

Default Great Beans

The best I have ever grown in my green house. Some over 12" and still tender.

Love Fortex; but the one problem (for me anyway) has been its susceptibility to wind bruising. The tenderness of the long pods is also their weakness. For that reason, I grow them downwind of other trellised crops - such as pole limas - with great results. Grown in a greenhouse, the pods should be spectacular.
