Please help identify problem! pics

Hi all,

I'm growing a slew of peppers (trying) in addition to my tomatoes. This is my first year growing anything from seed so I have lots of questions.

Everything was going well until today I noticed something odd with my peppers which up until now had been doing great. A couple of the plants had leaves that were starting to curl, so I looked underneath the leaves and saw this

Yikes!! What the heck is that! I started flipping leaves on all the plants and saw it on 12 out of 50 so I removed them and set them aside in case it can spread.

What is it and can I cure it??

Here's a pic of the whole seedling. You can see the spots on top where the light shines through as well.

I hope someone has some info and I hope my seedlings are not doomed!

Can't tell if that is the leaf or something on it...first gut reaction was spider mites...looks like their eggs.

I hope others can help...

It's definately on/in the leaves. Looks like tiny blisters.

You really shouldn’t have touched the leaves with your bare hands.

It looks like a small colony of aliens have landed in the pepper patch and taken up residence on the pepper leaves.

On a more serious side it may be some sort of leaf gall, I just can’t tell and I cant find all of my plant books; they are all packed away in boxes.

You did the right thing by pulling the leaves though; it will deter any more aliens from landing and taking up residence in the garden. DARN ALIENS you wouldn’t believe how demanding they can be.
