I've asterisked above the ones I love and grow every year. To your list I'd add my all-time favorites for flavor, Wes (several years a winner in my garden) and Sheryl's Portuguese Red Heart.

They aren't on your current list, but Fish Lake Oxheart (earlier than most) is great, and my favorite for flavor and good production was Grightmire's Pride. Kosovo, grown beside these, does have good production and some very large maters but wasn't as tasty as either of these other two to me. I grew crushed heart, which was a very pretty tomato and pretty good for production but wasn't as flavorful as these other two.

I don't see Wes or Anna Russian on your list, which I often see on favorite heart lists but haven't grown yet myself. Have you tried those before so they just aren't on the list this year?

Also not on your list, but of the yellow and orange hearts I tried, Nizami was definitely the best for flavor. But I haven't tried Orange Russian 117, which many like, so I'm giving that a try this year. I guess that is more of a bicolor though.

I'll be following this thread and look forward to hearing other people's thoughts on your great list, particularly for some of the newer ones I've been considering giving a try like Taiga and the other from KarenO.

One of my favs for production is Vera's Seed, a large pink heart. Good flavor too. I grow several on your list and can't say anything bad about any of them other than the fact that all hearts are hard to get a decent amount of seeds to save. I don't currently have any decent seed for Vera's but here is my web page with several pics. http://knapps-fresh-vegies.com/veras.html

I tried a lot of tomato hearts.
Kosovo - in 2014, I didn't find it interesting and that's why I never grew it again
Brad´s Black Heart- beautiful dark tomato, which I grow since 2015 every year at least two plants. Otherwise I don't grow any black tomatoes.
Orange Russian 117- as well as Brad's Black Heart, excellent taste
German Red Strawberry- I had in 2016, but the seed was not good, the fruit was not heart and otherwise it did not resemble this variety
Ludmila´s Pink Heart- I grow one plant every year, it's not so fertile, but I like pink tomatoes and from the ones I tried were the best
Tajga- I will try this year. I look forward.

I say cut out something else like cherries or hybrids or beefsteaks or salad sized or anything but hearts. The list plus all the other hearts suggested looks good to me.

And dang it Carol now I have to make up another order to get Vera. I WAS going to cut back on both plants in the garden and on inventory.

I don't have Vera's listed on my site right now because the seeds have low germ. I need to grow them out this year to get fresh seeds. Hopefully they will be back next year.

Missing a couple of mine but it’s a good start
I do t think moonlight mile is a heart but I’ve seen numerous incarnations of it here and there since it was released unstable so who knows.

Rosovyi myod is one of my favorites. I've grown Wes but not the others.

Thank you, community, for your comments!
PaulF- loved your comment to grow all hearts if I could I would,
Karen O, if I can just grow two or three of your hearts which should I choose for my Denver conditions?
Carol- thank you so much for chimling in. I actually was thinking about Vera's and I have a source, Is it that good?!! Maybe I better get in before the crowd,
Just as an FYI i maybe should have said my three favorites I always grow are Brad's Black Heart, Orange Russian 117 , Swoon( which I did not mention because I keep that separate) and Rosovyi Myod. These are go to's. If I did not have them I would be sad.
So Wes and Anna Russian , Fishlake Oxheart a nd Sheryl's Portugese Heart are definitely missing? I was thinking someone may comment on Granny's heart too...
Anyone else want to weigh in?
I thank you experienced growers so much !

Any of the four, whichever you have, should do well there for you I would think. Love to hear what you think of them. Have a great season!
