Newbie questions...

First, is there anyway to search members by location? (South Carolina for example) and if so plz explain to me how.

Can you do surveys on here, for example: your fav tomato is ~ etc etc
and if you guys/gals already do that could you link me a few plz?

The reason I ask is b/c I plan to grow for market starting next year and would really like to compile a list of the most popular produce and variety of that produce for my local area. I will be handing out surveys at the farmers markets as well to get a better idea.

Also, do those of you who grow for market recommend joining a co-op to get started or not?

I will stop there for now, any help/advice much appreciate!
