Default Genetic or Mutation

I have one plant that has sent 6 fused stems upwards. Branched at about 4 feet and has 18 tomatoes at that point. Is this something that is genetic, a mutation or some thing I should consider growing out further generations. Very prolific

There is a genetic trait in tomatoes (and other plants) called fasciation that can be enhanced by environmental conditions (or chance) but saving seeds is the one way to find out!
