Recipe for Tomato Chilli Jam for Canning?
Does anyone have such a recipe? I have found a few on the web but none for canning. If you have such a recipe, please share!

Would this be something like a pepper jelly with tomatoes in it?

Hmmm... I don't know you would compare it to but it would be a spicy jam made from tomatoes and peppers.

I'm wondering if you can use chilis to replace the ginger - although this is called marmalade it tastes very much like jam ...

PNW D, that looks like an amazing recipe and i may try it if I don't get an answer to tomato chili jam. I do can a lot but I also know that it is important to follow recipes precisely, unlike regular cooking. Looks good, though!

I cheated and went to the book store to find a recipe! I will post it in the condiment recipe area on this forum.

Yum, what book was this in? :-))) It looks wonderful! The closest I could find in the Ball Book was a tomato pepper jelly. Lots more work to make.
