Spring Seeding (Indoor)
So it is time, plant the very hots first Saturday and next week the hots. Any new (special) peppers I should consider? I have the standards and will add a couple if they look really good.

Hmm, I thought Bozeman, MT was zone 4B ... if so you may want to wait another 4-6 weeks to start seedlings unless you have room for some big plants until your frost-free date. Or maybe you plan to grow in a greenhouse?
Not sure what peppers you consider "standards", but my "standards" that I have come to really love are: Cubanelle, Banana and Bell (sweet) Poblano, Paprika and Anaheim (mild) Jalapeno, Fresno and Serrano (spicy) Cayenne (hot) Habenero (hotter) Superhots are not part of my standard (yet) and I am constantly trying new varieties each year. |
