Default Easi-Lift Grow Bags size for peppers

I am thinking about growing my pepper plants in Easi-Lift Grow Bags . The sizes that are available are 3, 5, and twelve gallon. Which size should I use?

Thanks for your help.

You can grow peppers in 5 gallon bags. 12 gallon is a bit of overkill but is an advantage if you don't have a water timer.
