Default Foliage with Yellow speckles

My best looking plant is changing and I have no idea what is going on.
Is this disease or some kind of deficiency? A couple of day ago I noticed just a few leaves with yellow speckles and now I see almost 1/2 of the plant's foliage is speckled. Overall, the plant is still blooming and setting fruit fine. The plant has been in the SWC 5 gal. bucket for over a month. For the soil I used 2 parts of bark fines and 3 parts of Jungle Grow potting mix with 1 cup of 10-10-10, 1 cup of lime, 1 tsp. of rock phosthate and 1 tsp. of ironite. I will appreciate any suggestions.
In the second picture you can see a healthy looking foliage at the bottom and a speckled in the left upper corner.

Sorry, I'm trying to figure out how to post the pictures of the foliage in question.

I do not recognize the condition as some particular disease,
but then I live a long way from Florida, and our plants would
not typically suffer from the same diseases.

Here are a couple of links to pages where you can compare
what you see on your plants with pictures of plants with
specific problems:
