Default ID of mislabeled mater and problem

First I have a tomato plant that is labeled cherokee chocolate but the shape seems wrong. I wanted to add that the plant itself is more robust, (spread out), than the other cherokee chocolates.

I am also having a problem with disease or blight or something. On all my plants the leaves have dark spots then they turn yellow then the stem turns yellow and eventually withers and dries up This is spreading up the plants. You can see the spots on the leaves in the second pic. Anyone know what is causing it?

The first pic is the mislabeled plant, if anyone knows what this is please reply.

The second pic is the other cherokee choc. that look the normal shape, ( I think, I have never grown these before but I believe they are round not oval).
