Default What is this on my leaves??

[img=http://img250.imageshack.us/img250/6122/75868054hc1.png] click link for picture of tomato leaf.

What is this on my leaves?? I thought it was bacterical speck but its too hot here for that to exist and the leaves aren't turning yellow like I see in most online pictures. I can't find anything online that even remotly looks like this. Any help on what this is and/ or how to treat it would be greatly appreacted

Are you only seeing this on the leaves, or are the stems, blossoms and/or fruit also affected?

No, but I see the same brown spots as I see on the top of the leaves.

it's only on the lower leaves and not on the blossms but I have not had any fruit set yet so I cannot say if they are fruit or not.
