Corn question
I've seen this before but this year alot of my corn did this. It has the main stalk then theres 2 side stalks. What is this and what should I do if anything?

It's normal. Leave them be. Removing tillers doesn't help anything and can hurt.

i grow Inca corn and i get lots of of those`s, heirlooms seem to do that more , those side stems may not grow cobs but they add to the plant though photosynthesis
