I enjoy fried green tomatoes immensely. I also like them fried when red, but they tend to fall apart and turn to mush, but are still tasty.

I love them. Haven't had any this year yet, we are just starting to get a few ripe tomatoes.. We won't allow ourselves to pick green ones until we have a steady supply of ripe ones.

Love love love them...a ground filet burger with a fried green tomato and pimento cheese is one of my favorite foods. My wife limits me to one a month though

I just use black pepper and Louisiana brand fish fry mix. It has some spice but not really spicy.

The first restaurant I worked at did a fried green tomato stack. It was layered with Fried Green Tomatoes, goat cheese, arugula, and a honey mustard aioli. I could crush one of those....delicious.
