Default Favorite Garden Knife

What's your favorite garden knife. I have this Spyderco with H1 steel EDC when I'm working in the garden because it just doesn't rust or even stain. Can be used for Scuba Diving but that's not one of my hobbies.

I don't use a knife in the garden much. Scissors I do use a lot. My favorite knife for cutting tomatoes and peppers is a plastic handled serrated steak knife.

Ditto. Hardly ever use knife in the garden. I have my pruner and a pair of scissors.
Well, of course carry a small pocket knife. That is mostly my pipe utility knife.

That is exactly why you should have a favorite one. If you had just one knife you couldn't have a favorite.
BTW: my favorite knife stays in the kitchen.

What in the world can you do with 50 knives? I find it so strange when people have that many knives in their arsenal, lol.

It would take volumes to explain it but I have the need.
One is the sausage making station.
That is where the old school carbon steel knives go.
Then there is the every day knives and the Japanese type knives and so on.

All shapes sizes uses and methods of cutting.
Worth.

Most of my knife work in the garden is cutting twine to tie tomato plants to stakes. This is my weapon of choice for that task --

I have favorite scissors for kitchen and garden, the Pampered Chef Kitchen Shears. I don't use a knife in the garden.

Like Worth I have too many to have a favorite but I do keep a larger Gerber in my pocket that holds a great edge and is used quite a bit in the garden.
