favorite salad

i've been eating a ton of this to try to avoid the mayo and bread from open face tomato sandwiches and use the tons of cukes i'm getting.

combine chopped cukes, tomatoes, garlic and parsley all from garden. i use either russian dressing or asian sesame with ginger and soy. the later is a new new from ken's and is fantastic!

next to tomatoes, cukes are my favorite garden vegetable.

Nothing like a nice salad to keep your internal thermostat regulated. Keeps one cooler to eat lighter foods, which is a good thing in this heat.
