Wanted: Mechanical Valerian seed cleaner

Somewhere probably far-far from the web in the back alley of a third-world country is a small shop that does nothing but mechanically clean the frass and lumber from valerian seed; there is a clerk cranking away at that machine even as I type.

What I wanna know is: where is that shop, and how do I get one of those machines?

I'll bet anything the whole tool is no bigger than a hatbox.
