Default Apiaceae - Parsnip Seed

Last Winter we grew Parsnips and allowed a couple to go to seed and we recently harvested the seed (Photo). I offered fresh seed to the members of the regional Facebook Garden group and they were such a hit, I had to stop taking names as the demand was outstripping supply and luckily they all went. There should be lots of these Hollow Crown Parsnips being grown in my part of the world this year, as fresh is best with Parsnips.

Those parsnips look beautiful! Can parsnip leaves be used in soups? Or is their flavor not conducive to flavoring?

Very nice, I love letting parsnips overwinter. Great for multiplying ladybugs. The amount of seeds they produce are incredible.
