Default Broccoli

Hate to ask a dumb question but can you eat Broccoli leaves.

You can. They are like cabbage or collards.

eat them before they get too big, and tough, and limit how many leaves you harvest from an individual plant to prevent reduced head yields.

Thanks, I was a tad bit worried there for a moment. I have that and collard greens growing next to each other and late at night I go picking away and the next morning I go OH OH.
