Default Blight? How to controll..

Since the drop in temperature, quickly this showed up in my 2 sungolds in containers. One looks different, then the other. Are the both Blight or something else
Also Should I remove those stems with leaves that look like this, that would be half the plant.., the top stuff looks spot free.

The first one - ???, not sure. Tempted to say cold or environmental damage, but would want to know what the underside of the leaf looks like first.

The second one -- perhaps Septoria spot (fungal). Anyone else with another opinion??

Any time I see diseased leaves - especially early on, I like to go ahead and remove/dispose of them well away from the area in order to avoid or mitigate spreading to the rest of the plants.
