Super Snow White...impressed!
I am growing these for the first time...bought the seeds on a whim actually looking for fun varieties. Two plants made it to the garden and are very prolific! The fruits are about the size of a ping pong ball...not SNOW white, but a very light, light yellow green white color when ripe. Super tender skin and a bit sweet. W've picked bowl after bowl of them...more than we can eat for snacks and salads so I tossed a few dozen in with some romas I canned this week...sliced them in half and they look great in the jars! We made some pineapple salsa today with the snow whites chopped up...they are really pretty and make a great salsa. We'll definitely be growing these every year.
