Default Pepper ID Help Please

I bought these peppers on the NY Thruway this past weekend. The lady told me what they are, but I forgot the name. I am saving seeds from them and just wondered what the name was. I will have plenty of seed if anyone needs any.

THANKS!

They are not hot and I know they aren't Scotch Bonnet. They are a thin walled sweet pepper. I didn't notice any heat when I tasted it.

I've grown Sheepnose Pimento several times but they've never looked like that with the thin stems. I grow Trinidad Perfume, which looks just like that but is yellow. Could she have called it Trinidad Seasoning, which is orange/red, I believe?

They are about 1 1/2" Tall and about that round too.

Sheepnose Pimento doesn't sound familiar. They are thin walled too. Less then 1/8".

I can take some more photos with reference if needed. I should have written down the name as soon as I got to the truck. I was too busy minded driving a HUGE moving truck to Mass.

That one doesn't seem quite right either. It's pock marked all over the bottom. I'll have to see if I can get more pics tomorrow. Then I need to get the seeds from them.
