Viability of Garden Chems/Organics
I know expiration dates on foods and drugs is highly debatable and laughable at times. I see no Use By or Best if Used By dates on my garden products:
Dipel Dust (BT) Green Light Spinosad Medina Hasta Gro 6-12-6 Ortho Garden Disease Control I've used two and three year old examples of all of these products except the BT dust this year. They seem to work just fine. I know my BT is four years old and was wondering if it may be the better part of valor to just replace it before the worms move in for the attack. I'm of the opinion that expiration dates are pretty much meaningless if the products are stored properly, but would like to know what other folks do with things that have no expiration dates. |

Thanks Neva,
I figured as much because the little I've used this year seems to be working fine. I try to use as little of everything as possible each year. Buying new each year just seems like a waste. Ken |
