Note: how long you brew it just depends on how much bacteria food is in there (molasses and kelp meal last year, molasses, rice syrup, and sorghum syrup this year for me). If you figure that the molasses is probably used up, but you are not ready to use the compost tea yet, you could just add more molasses to keep it going a few more days.
