I am also not uploading my listing online, as there is no way I can do it in time given the 'glitches' (even I do have some computer experience ) The online system is a bit immature to help members with large listings to manage their listings online effectively. I did feel very sorry though for Joanne when I sent her my spreadsheet with all 500+ varieties... <sigh> This is a huge job she pulls off, and I really appreciate it! Tania

On the other hand, if enough of the listers like me (with just a handful of varieties) use the online submission forms, it might free up more time for Joanne to work with the big listings like yours. That's not ideal, but it's probably a step in the right direction, right? |

Me as well have no enough time to upload hundreds of my listings via online-service. Will send my Excel sheet to Joanne as always...

Today (11/6) was the last day to mail in your listings.
However, for those who opt/opted to enter your own listings in the Online Yearbook and who have not yet done so (or if you started the process but haven't finished up), the deadline has been extended to 11/13. If you are a member who plans to list and you don't already have a password to access the Online Yearbook, contact SSE ASAP by sending an e-mail to membership@seedsavers.org Include your membership number (which is on the back of catalogs and other publications sent out, as well as the annual Yearbook) and the e-mail address you want to use to identify your online access. They will send you a temporary password that you will be prompted to change the first time you log on. There is a discussion thread about it here, but if you have any last minute problems/questions or still need that access to the Online Yearbook to be set up, it is really best at this late date to directly contact them at the e-mail addy I mentioned earlier as soon as you can (don't delay), or call. |
