mystery tomato - any ideas

This tomato came up in one of my cherry tomato rows, obviously not a cherry; Either my seed source was not good or I messed up in transplanting. Not sure I have ever seen these two shapes on the same plant. One looks like a fruit from an Italian pear tomato I grow and the other 2 are bomb shaped.
