Default It's a....White Wonder

I was out this afternoon mucking about in the garden when I noticed one of the mystery fruits on a mystery plant was starting to change colour. I had figured this one for a White Wonder (one of the varieties listed on a variety seed pack).

Here is my first fruit other than cherries and my Principe Borghese that has begun to ripen.

Now we need to see it sliced! And how it tasted for you.

Waiting a few days for it to fully ripen and then I will definitely be taking a picture of it sliced. I have never eaten a White Wonder before...hopefully it's a good tomato.

Ok here it is sliced. It was pretty good. Very creamy texture which I am not used to but gives an added fun aspect of this tomato. Mild as far as acidity goes. Not bad at all.

First pic is with flash...it isn't quite as yellow as it appears. Second photo is natural light.
