My daughter loves jeopardy, it's on our t.v. every night. I answered Green Zebra and proceeded to run to the germinating corner of the house and scream, "Here's some relatives of Green Zebra!" Thanks for Newworldcrops Tom, and many kudos to you!

Yeah, today is my birthday....double jeopardy at my age....
n. The act of putting a person through a second trial for an offense (turning 65) for which he or she has already been prosecuted or convicted.

But the good news...I have an interviewer (writer) for the Pacific Northwest Magazine | Seattle Times

stopping by my place in a few minutes. She read about my potato varieties in Carol Deppe's new book...The Resilient Gardener....and I have hundreds of new potato varieties to show her.

I will show her Azul y Azul....perhaps my best blue yet

That is pretty exciting Tom. I hope to read the interview soon in the Pacific NW Mag. I have a bonus that came with the Yungay potato seed. It's a PL tomato seedling! I have not planted anything like it so it must of come from your end. Thanks!

I have an artist that will oil paint a Seattle's Woolly Blue Mammoth tomato this summer..can't wait.

Spent three hours with the free lance writer...she will send a photographer later....and the article won't come out until summer!

I am the artist of which you speak. Hopefully I can grow them successfully then compose them, then photograph and then paint. First things first and hopefully I have a whole new tomato series of paintings.

Congratulations, Tom. That must have been a good feeling! I grew up with Jeopardy (parents watched it regularly) but I've not seen it in many years. Anyway, I loved the show as a kid.

I guess this means you and GZ are now officially a part of Pop Culture.
