First Flower Buds on Chuck's Yellow

I transplanted my seedlings about 2 weeks ago and yesterday was surprised to see the first plant with flower buds is Chuck's Yellow, beating out both Early Annie and Baxter's Bush Cherry. All the seeds were started on the same day in February, although it took longer for Early Annie to come up than the others.

Now I feel like gardening season is in full swing!

I'm seeing the same, I started my tomato seed about the middle of February, transplanted a couple of weeks ago and I'm seeing flowers on at least half of my plants.

I have walls of water on all of my tomatoes (we're still having cold nights here). I planted all my tomatoes deep, taking off bottom leaves so the stems will root, my Black Cherry is so tall now that it's about grow out of the walls.

Give tomatoes the right conditions, then step back!
