Good Sale on Potting Mix
Fleet Farm has their Miracle Grow potting mix on sale this week for $6.97 for a 2 cubic foot bag. Just got home with 18 bags so I am all set for planting out in a couple of weeks. Just thought I would pass along.

Thought I would bump this up for any midwest container growers.

Craig,
Are you going to augment at least a few of your containers with the 3:2:1 Combo Mix of Potting Mix, Microbark, and Perlite. This would be an interesting experiment to run. Raybo |

I think about doing it every year and then I get lazy and do not go out and buy the stuff before plant, this year between having no spring and now a pending adoption trip in 3-5 months I might just throw the plants in the containers and let them do there thing as I am going to be busy for awhile getting the house ready for a little one.

Wow....local Home Depot is selling 2.8 cu ft for 10 and change - a similarly good deal (typically around 14)

In the last few years it has been 8-9 dollars on sale for 2 cubic feet at fleet farm so I was plesently surprised this year and this is the first time it has gone on sale as I have been watching. I hope they do this again next year.
