Default white leaf on my tomato

Getting this on a few tomatos...
this is new soil. It is 1/4 alkaline desert soil, 1/4 peat moss, 1/4 manure, and 1/4 wood much.

What do you think?

Looks like possible sun/windburn I have had that on plants in the past that I did not harden off enough.

Ditto. And if that's the case, the new growth should be normal.

Sunburn. When the plant grows out new leaves, they will
not have the symptoms, and you can just cut those leaves
off.
