Default Keeping the Dogs out of the Tom's...Yikes

Had to make a serious cage to keep the dogs out of the toms..we have 7 pitbulls to keep the theives at bay here who come and steal all the fruits, it is quite a balancing act between toms dogs & theives. Here is a picture of my dog proof Tomato patch with Tomatillos, Moster tomato seedlings, Black Star toms and Siberians... Also the Devil's apples are doing Great!

I gotta ask.
Tom do you live in the basin as I suspect from the critters you speak of or do you live in the more temperate mountainous region?

Let me see one Pit Bull for every 7 thieves 7 pit bulls, that would make 49 thieves.
That's alotta thieves.

Yeah, Tomato Robbers take everything.... they especially love the Mangos and Guava, Thats why I leave the killer bees alone when they swarm onto the Guava trees, not that I want to cause anyone harm, just to protect the Guava for me... Yes a father and 3 kids, one teen just wiped out my Mango tree yesterday, took away buckets of them. I build and designed my own lights and placed covert board cams in them so now watching the theft is real entertainment. I have one neighbor that uses little kids, lifts them up into the razor wire and lets them pick all my suproppo (bitter Gourds). When I confront him about my gourds missing he says.."Oh yeah, I say someone going that way but it was hard to make out their face" or, "Yeah there was a white toyota parked by your front gate today, maybe they were stealing something". He answers me with a very straight face so theives can be very normal looking people. you never know another man's heart. I have so many videos of him lifting kids into the razor wire but I don't think this form would allow video postings of theives in the garden though it is very dead on topic.... So sad to see and have people lie to you directly, it really opens your eyes.... Yes the pitbulls they are very afraid of but now they throw poison for them , meat laced poison.. very disturbing to watch your dogs die of poisoning...

Yeah actually I've had a lot more than 49 theives, and watch them regularly, one night I watched a neighbor get robbed almost everthing from his house, called police, it took 2 hours for them to arrive then they were afraid of the snakes to go into the bush where I saw the theif take everything... I also have 5 pitbulls and 1 street dog and 1 rottweller at work as well. I need to grow lots of tomatos and veggies to suppliment the massive food intake for the dogs but they are much cheaper than what the theives take in a few minutes!! 'm Down in the basin near a large tidal river

They are after my Massive grapefruits now so I have 2 cams on that tree. It took me 12 years to grow that tree to fruit now thay are coming and stealing it all. Should get some good face shots with the cams I tied right into the tree! Here is a picture...

Sounds like the neigborhood I grew up in on the southside of Chicago!
People use to steal my Mom's houseplants off the front porch when she put them out for some fresh air. How low do you have to be to steal houseplants?

One morning I woke up and my work boots were gone from the front porch.
'Down the road a dog had both my boots on his porch.

Someone stole my one gallon sun-tea jar once.

Then there was the BBQ pit I had wielded and made from oil field pipe.
The day I finished it it was gone that night.

These people must be starving to steal grapefruit.

No they are not starving here, food is abundant. Just most (50%+) too lazy to work so they steal and sell always looking for easy money rather than an honest living. The honest people are the best but get harder to find each year
