Seedless fruit

What causes seedless fruit? For some reason my Uralskiy Ranniy is producing fruit but without seed of any kind?

Is this just a simple cause of the flower not being pollenated?

Surprized things are going so well with all this rain.

The first fruits of the year tend to be seedless for me due to cold weather.
