The first time I grew Berkeley Tie Dye it was very late.

It was planted out early and set a lot of fruit fairly early. But it took them a whole lot longer to ripen than other varieties planted at the same time - NAR, Lithuanian, Cuostralee are a few I remember. BTW, that was about 3 years ago, the summer of no heat here in Wi so that alone added to the DTM. But those others did ripen much earlier than BTD.
