Default Tomato Truss

Hi, I am relatively new to growing tomatoes. I have a few questions. First, will new flowers/tomatoes grow from old trusses (i.e. trusses that have already yielded tomatoes)? Second and as a follow-up question to the first, after harvesting tomatoes, should I leave the old truss or clip it off or does it matte?

No they wont grow from the old truss and it doesn't matter if you clip off the old truss.
