Default Stem/branch broke

So I went out to check my tomatoes last night and found the only two surviving Gigantesque tomatoes had broken their stem/branch. Every other tomato on this plant has had blossom end rot. I was really hoping these guys would make it but alas, their life has been cut short......

They look pretty mature ... will probably ripen off the vine, so all is not lost.

Just yesterday I picked my largest fruit of the season so far ... off the ground. Same thing, it was heavy and broke off. But I think it's just a few days short of ripe.

Sorry that happened to your nice tomatoes!
