Yes, but be aware that it will also kill any beneficial insects that happen to come into contact with it such as the bees that pollinate many crops and predatory insects such as ladybugs that feed on aphids. Sometimes you're better off just picking off the leaf with the eggs instead of nuking everything with Sevin. It also pays to learn what the eggs of ladybugs and other beneficial insects look like so that you don't destroy them by mistaking them for pest insect eggs.

When I see insect eggs like that, I look them up on the spot using my cellphone to make sure they're not beneficials, and if they're the bad guys I pick them off with a tissue, crush 'em, and put them in a garbage bag.
