OK, I have potatoes, now what do I do?
Never grown any potatoes before, a t-ville member was kind enough to give me some tubors.
So... I dumped out the containers, and have a small harvest of very small potatoes - pretty much look like new potatoes. This is fine with me, I love the new potatoes. But... I don't know exactly what to do with them. Obviously, I know how to deal with potatoes from the store, but I believe I read those are cured or something, and obviously these are not. Do I wash them right away? Or wait until I'm about to cook them? How do I store them? In a bag, in the fridge, ...? I'm not planning on storing them long, but maybe for a week or two.

Now you just eat 'em! No curing needed for short storage. Since you have so few, you can wash them now, too, to make them cleaner for easy prepping. If you were storing them, like for months, you wouldn't wash them. Enjoy! Sorry your harvest wasn't bigger.

Thanks!
The small harvest is ok, it was my first time, and they look really interesting. I harvested my rosemary ahead of the bad weather, so I think rosemary garlic roasted potatoes will be on the menu soon.
