Default question about foliar feeding

if it's good to use a wetting agent, or soap to help stick the foliar feed...
would it be over-kill to use an insecticidal soap for this purpose? kinda like a ONE-TWO punch...killing mites while feeding the plants.
has anyone tried this?...didn't find anything on my search.

I don't see why you couldn't use insecticidal soap as a wetting agent for your foliar feed, but you only need a few drops of soap to make your foliar feed spread and stick . Also diluting an insecticidal soap formula will make it less effective or ineffective against insects, which is defeating the purpose.
