ProMix4, Light Warrior or SunshineMix4

Anybody tried all 3 of these products? If so, what were your results..which do you recommend. My supplier said he thinks Fox Farm's Light Warrior (which I have used with good results) is superior for seed starting to the other 2. I am needing to pot up a large amount of seedlings and, for economy sake, he suggested blocks of Coco Pith. Does this sound reasonable?

I have used coco coir, but I only used it unmixed for seed starting. When
potting up, I mixed in some perlite, earthworm castings or a pinch of
fertilizer, etc. It is likely to hold water better on it's own than any of those
pre-mixed products.

5 parts coir, 2 parts worm castings, and 1 part perlite worked great for
seedlings in 3" pots.

Yes, I am going to stick with Light Warrior too.
