There is a calculator which matches fertilizer N-P-K and how much one
uses per gallon for liquid or soluble fertilizers to what ppm (parts per
million) of each of N-P-K and TDS one is adding to the soil or grow
media:

For fertilizers like 13-13-13 granular or pelleted or prilled, it does not all
dissolve at once, so you cannot really apply whatever formula the
calculator is based on to those kinds of fertilizers. There is an amount
of 13-13-13 one could add to keep phosphorous ppm down at 50 ppm
or below, but it would be different for each soil, each grow media for
containers, it would vary with how fast the 13-13-13 from a specific
manufacturer releases its nutrients at various temperatures, how much
water flows through soil or container media over time (dissolving more
fertilizer), and so on.
