Default Stunted & Leaf Roll

I have a 65g smartpot with 2 tomato plants and a few squash. My Better Boy started to show signs of leaf roll and stunted a little over a week ago. My Early Girl shows slight signs of leaf roll as well but is flowering and showing new growth, even tomato starting to form. My squashes are looking good, flowers but no fruit yet. Cucumber is doing the best vining up and producing cucumbers.
I thought i was overwatering as no signs of wilting just leaf roll on the tomatoes, so i stopped watering for a few days but no change on the Better Boy. Last watered on Monday and it's now Thursday. Meter shows moisture in the soil so hesitant to still water. I've been just keeping an eye for wilting to make sure i water, but thinking of watering again tomorrow.

I'm in So Cal, and weather has been in mid 80's, dry and mid 60's at night. But will be getting into the mid 90's to 100 next week. I'm hoping the size of the container, mulch and the soil seeming to hold moisture so well doesn't call for me to water so often.

I've been frustrated with this watering frequency thing for the past month or so and can't seem to figure it out. I guess as long as they don't look like they are wilting and dying i'm ok, but the Better Boy being dark green, leaves rolled up and not doing anything growing wise, got me stumped!

Sorry for the rant, but if there is anyone out there that can offer suggestions it would be great!

Thx
