Another Mystery Cherry

One of my mystery plants is a pink oblate cherry that looks like a tiny beefsteak. The fruits are pink and have 5-6 seed locules.

The early fruits are good but not amazing, but do have the taste of a larger tomato.

It was supposed to be Nepal, and I have to go back and check the source of the seeds to see where I got them. I don't think it's an environmental issue because it's pretty consistent, bears in trusses of 8-10 fruits like a cherry and is planted with the rest of the larger tomatoes that are all doing fine and bearing normal sized fruits. I'm thinking it is either a random cross or a seed mix up, but I know I haven't grown anything like this one before.

Anyone think it looks familiar? I know it can't be positively identified, but am open to guesses. If the flavor kicks up a notch or two later in the season I may grow it out for a year or two to see if it's stable.

Kinda looks like Baby Beefsteak, but I have it in my database as a RED.

Maybe someone else might know.

That tomato looks familiar, but the only minibeef I recall growing is Kazachka (black). I grew Pervaya Lyubov (pink) the same year but the photo at

doesn't look like a minibeef, and mine were 3-7 oz.

Looks a lot like Togo Trefle - but then again it could be a look alike cross ....

The shape is about like some of the Brandywine x cherry crosses, except they tend to be a darker pink almost to the purple.

Brandysweet Plum and Brandywine Cherry are 2 I grow.
