At the very least, remove the diseased leaves.
Always remove diseased leaves when u see them. |

I notice some healthy looking tomato plants in the background. I would be concerned if the disease can be transmitted airborn...

It is hard to see from the pictures if this is a disease. So far I only see some 'tired' yellow and dried up leaves, which do not look infectious.
I'd remove the yellow and dead foliage and see what happens. Tatiana
