I have an old book
It is
Campbell's Book-Canning-Preserving-Pickling Revised 1937 Clyde H. Campbell Copyright 1937, by Vance Publishing Corporation I have only found one reference online about it on Amazon but it is not available and apparently that one was a third edition. Mine is a 2nd edition, just called "Revised 1937". Does anyone know anything about this book? I have had it for a few years and know it is all about manufacturing food but wonder what the value of this book actually is. A little background of how I found it. I was at an estate sale about 10 years ago and jumped on buying it because my kitchen is all about Campbell's soup and thought this book was perfect to add to my canning supplies and set right next to my current canning books. I don't want to sell it, just wondering the value of it. Thanks for reading.

2nd editions are really not worth that much to collectors but it does have the Campbells soup angle which might increase the value a bit, since its a classic American company still in business today. If you want to know more about it it may be worth emailing a scan of the cover to the company.
