That looks amazing like a coffee maker, the size they use at church events and family reunions and post funeral gatherings. But with a thermostat added. If you were electrically inclined, I wonder if you could add a thermostat to a coffee maker and get a similar result?

This looks nice but I would be concerned about doing the canning on the porch or in the garage unless you could block the wind. Wind and hot jars don't mix, it causes them to crack. I am interested in having one for inside the house though.
