The F3 seeds were then grown out for distribution in my seed offer as F4 seeds.

I don't know how close it is to stabilization and would have to read through this whole thread to see how many plants folks grew and what they got.

And then consult with Bill Jeffers about it.

Since it was an accidental cross and not a directed one it will make it more difficult to determine when it is stable, but I would assume at the F5 to F7 depending on the results andmy prior experince ingrowingout a few accidental crosses such as OTV Brandywine, the final name thatCraig andI gave to it.

I have four seedlings from F5 seeds that I am about to pot up, would you like an update as I grow them out?

No, that won't really be neccesary.

But keep the data on germination of those seeds until I put up the germination thread, probably next week and while it's about germination data I need to share with folks exactly what I'l looking for before they post as well as updating a variety name, or two.

Folks, please note that this thread is for data from the 2012 Fall final report.

If you have seeds you received last year but didn't sow seeds until this year, the germination reports go in the 2013 germination thread I'll be putting up soon .

Thanks.

Carolyn
