Default Help! Spots on tomato seedling leaves

Yesterday I noticed spots on the leaves of my tomato seedling. It is a Sub Arctic Plenty seedling and it is robust and actively growing. I isolated it from other plants.
Please, tell me what this could be? Should I discard the plant? How can I prevent this (whatever this is) from spreading to my other tomato seedlings?
